Examples Shifts & Events
Below are multiple examples to guide you in setting up shifts and events:
Define Different Lunch Times Depending on the Weekday:
Lunch from Monday to Friday:
- Open from 12:00 to 16:00
- Slots every 1/2 hour
- Reservation duration 1 hour
- Last slot available will be at 13:00
Lunch for Saturday and Sundays:
- Open from 12:00 to 17:00
- Slots every 1/2 hour
- Reservation duration 1.5 hours
- Last slot available will be at 15:30
Only One Shift for the Full Day:
All-Day Dining:
- Open from 10:00 to 23:00
- Slots every 1/2 hour
- Reservation duration 1.5 hours
- Last slot available will be at 21:30
Shift with Different Reservation Durations:
All-Day Dining:
- Open from 10:00 to 24:00
- Slots every hour
- Duration for 2 guests: 1 hour
- Duration for 3-4 guests: 2 hours
- Duration for >4 guests: 3 hours
- Last slot available for 2 guests: 23:00
- Last slot available for 3-4 guests: 22:00
- Last slot available for >4 guests: 21:00
Daily Lunch and Special Events Every Friday:

Event for every Friday:
(Do not use the Shifts settings, use the Events settings for this)
- Open from 17:00 to 24:00
- Reservation duration 4 hours
- Last slot available 20:00
- Limit total to 100 guests
You can use one widget for capturing all reservations or you can use two different widgets: one for daily reservations and another one, which can be on a separate page, for Friday events.
