We've introduced a valuable new feature that allows you to create daily notes and share them with your staff directly from the dashboard.
Here's how it works: Let's say you have a special request from a client scheduled for the next two days, and you want to ensure your staff is well-informed. You can add a notification for that specific date. When someone accesses the dashboard and navigates to that date, they will see a red bell icon at the top, indicating there's a new notification to be read.
Furthermore, anyone using the dashboard can contribute their own notifications. So, when you review the notifications list for the current date, you can easily access all the messages in one place. It's a convenient way to keep everyone in the loop.
Please note that notifications added to the list can be deleted or edited within the next 20 minutes by the person who posted them. After that timeframe, modifications are not possible. The dashboard continuously checks for new notifications every minute, ensuring you stay updated in near real-time.
