Recurring bookings

To attach recurring bookings to a specific booking, follow these steps:

Edit the booking:

You will see the 'Recurring' label next to the 'Date & Time' label. Note: Only bookings for shifts can be repeated, bookings attached to events cannot. When a booking is set as recurring, a clock icon will appear next to the time.

Configure recurring settings:

A popup will appear with options to enable the repeat function, set the recurrence interval (e.g., every X weeks), and specify the number of reservations to be created. Once you press 'Save,' the system will generate the future reservations, all marked as 'Confirmed'. If a future date is unavailable, the system will display a warning message.

Track changes:

When you create a recurring booking or modify its parameters, the action will be logged in the booking history.
