We've been using AlexReservations at our restaurant Mechela for two years now and the difference has been tremendous. Thanks to online reservations, we've managed to reduce between 80% and 90% the volume of calls we received, which has freed up a lot of time and allows us to focus more on floor service.

Before using AlexReservations, we managed reservations in an inefficient way: we would write them down in a WhatsApp group and, each morning, the waiters would manually transfer them to a reservation book. It was a process prone to human error and confusion. Now everything is organized directly through the web application, in an orderly and real-time manner.

Reservation confirmation has also changed radically. Before we had to send confirmation emails one by one, copying and pasting templates manually, and we even called customers by phone to confirm. It was very tedious and inefficient work. Now this entire process is automated with AlexReservations, which has saved us a lot of time and improved our image with customers.

Best bookings plugin for restaurants by far!

This is an excellent tool for managing restaurant reservations.
Full of features and perfect for managing multiple sites.

We're implementing this tool for a five location restaurant with a team of managers (floor/duty) on each location, and they love the access management levels and floorplan booking management.

The interface is very clear and keeps WP dashboard hidden so the team can focus on managing reservations without the need to navigate through WP.

What an amazing system you have built. Very user friendly with some features not even the bigger reservation companies have or would have required advance stylesheets to customise.
I've just started a trial and reviewed the full customer journey and user journey. I can honestly say it is one of the best reservation systems I have used. (comparing to the likes of Zonal, DMN, ResDiary and others).

I tested this plugin and decided to download the trial pro version.

I have tried different restaurant plugins before this as I managed several restaurant websites.

This plugin could potentially become the best WordPress plugin for restaurant reservations very soon.
