Google Review Feature Guide

The Google Review feature lets you invite customers to leave public feedback directly on your Google Review page, helping boost your online presence and build trust with new clients.

How to Enable the Google Review Feature

  1. Go to Settings -> Google Review: From here, you can toggle on the feature to allow redirection of satisfied customers to your Google Review page.

How It Works

Once activated, the system will automatically prompt customers to leave a review based on their satisfaction rating. If a customer rates their experience above a specified star threshold, they’ll be directed to leave a positive review on Google. This automation makes it easy to gather public feedback and boost positive reviews.
