Ask for feedback

When you update the status of a booking as finished, a popup will ask you if you want to send a message to the customer for a review.

The customer will receive an email with a link to make a review. You can change the content of this email from the settings.

The review will allow the customer to rate his experience and write some comments.

Once the feddback has been submitted cannot be changed again.
