Which pricing plan is right for me?

We offer two main plans:

• PLUS: Ideal for restaurants wanting comprehensive table management and automation. It includes intelligent table assignments, SMS notifications, automated reminders, and features to put your reservation system on auto-pilot.

What technical specifications do I need to run Alex Reservations?

You need to have a VPS server, as a shared server will not work well. Shared servers can limit the number of requests to the backend, and the dashboard needs to check for new bookings every few seconds to keep it updated. A small VPS server with 1 CPU and 2GB RAM is enough to run the plugin. If you have a complex website with many plugins and high traffic, you may need more resources.

Is there an app?

The interface is designed to work seamlessly across desktop, tablets, and mobile devices. It's a web app with its own authentication system that keeps you logged in for extended periods, avoiding the limitations of WordPress cookie expiration times.

Do I need an onboarding session?

What payment options are available?

Alex Reservations is billed automatically to the payment card you use when setting up your account. You can choose to pay monthly or pay annually and save 16.66% (the equivalent of two months free). If you require alternative payment arrangements, please contact us.

Can I cancel my subscription at any moment?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard. Here's what happens when you cancel:

• Your license remains active until the end of your current billing period
• You continue to have full access to all features during this time
• No additional charges will be made to your account
• You can keep using the FREE version after your license expires
• All your data and settings are preserved

You can also reactivate your subscription at any time if you change your mind.

Can I start with one restaurant and upgrade my license later?

When your license expires, the plugin automatically switches to the FREE version:
