Install Alex Reservations once on a VPS of yours (2 vCPUs and 4 GB of RAM are enough to start). That one WordPress hosts all your restaurants, and you manage them from a central panel: settings, tables, shifts, users. To your clients it is your platform, on your domain, under your brand.
Each restaurant sees only its own data
Every restaurant gets its own isolated environment inside your installation. Its team logs in and sees only its reservations, tables and guests, never those of the restaurant next door. You keep the overview of all of them.
