Go to Settings -> Notifications -> Config.

Customize your SMS messages for every booking status.

You will need a Twilio account to send SMS messages.

Friendly name

To assign a friendly name to your business, enter that name in the designated field within Twilio and then incorporate it into the SMS configuration settings.
