When a customer submits a new booking request, they will be greeted with a final message. This message can vary depending on whether their booking is pending or confirmed:
Pending Booking Message: Notifies the customer that their booking request is awaiting confirmation.
Confirmed Booking Message: Informs the customer that their booking request has been confirmed.
These messages are customizable through Settings -> Widget -> Messages.
Additionally, it's possible to tailor these messages for specific shifts or events. To do this, navigate to the desired shift's settings and select 'Form'.
Here, you'll find options to display the duration of the booking and customize the pending/confirmed messages.
A global setting in the widget also allows you to choose whether to display the duration of reservations across the board.
The visibility of the reservation duration and the override of messages by shift settings are determined by these configurations.
