SMS - fields

To enable SMS notifications for customers, there are two fields that need to be activated in the widget: the phone field and the opt-in field for accepting SMS messages.

If the customer checks the opt-in checkbox, the booking will be marked as ready for receiving SMS notifications.

In case the phone number is incorrect and the SMS cannot be delivered, the status will be set as an error.

Please note that customers need to explicitly opt-in to receive SMS messages for compliance and privacy purposes.
