We’re excited to announce the release of version 2.0.1 of Alex Reservations, packed with new features to enhance your booking experience.

What’s New in Version 2.0.1

1. Google Review Integration

Now, when customers leave a review, the system can automatically prompt them to post it on Google if they rate their experience with X stars or higher (e.g., 4 or 5). Lower ratings remain as internal feedback for you to review and address directly.

2. New Popup Setting

You can now disable the popup that appears when marking a booking as 'Finished'.

3. Block Specific Clients

Manage repeat no-shows by blocking specific clients from making new bookings. Simply tag the client, set the tag in your shift settings, and mark the reservation as 'Denied.' The system will send a reservation-denied email to the blocked client automatically.

4. Auto-Fill Booking Details

For logged-in clients, Alex Reservations will now auto-fill booking details in the reservation form, speeding up the booking process and improving client experience.
