In the latest version 1.5.5 of Alex Reservations, we're excited to roll out two features our clients have been eagerly awaiting:

Pin Code Login: Managers can now access the dashboard with more ease. While they previously received a unique email code for logging in, we've introduced a personalized Pin Code for each manager. This bypasses the need for an email magic code, offering quicker and direct access by just entering their email and respective pin code. Learn More.

Instant Reservations for Walk-ins: Efficiently manage walk-in customers using the floor plan view. Simply tap on the desired table/time slot from the timeline view or select a table from the graphical plan, revealing a list of available tables. From there, you can choose a suitable time to create an immediate reservation. The process is streamlined with a minimalistic modal that lets you finalize a booking in just one click. To facilitate this, the system auto-generates a placeholder email and username for walk-in customers. For any given date, all walk-in reservations are linked to this placeholder profile.
