Emails design

2024-02-28

Hello ,

Exciting updates have arrived in our latest release, version 1.8.2.

We've enhanced email notifications by introducing new, easy-to-use buttons. Where 'add to calendar' options were once presented as text links, they now boast sleek icons for Apple, Google, and Outlook. Similarly, we've swapped out text links for social platforms like Facebook and Instagram with their respective icons. For those who prefer the classic text links, don't worry - we've introduced tags to keep this option available to you.

The 'My booking' link has been transformed into an eye-catching, customizable colored button accessible through the email layout settings.

Here's a preview in text format:

And here's the enhanced appearance with icons and buttons:

To use the icon format, apply these tags: {social} {add_to_calendar} {mybooking}

For the text format, these tags remain available: {social_text} {add_to_calendar_text} {mybooking_link}

Customize link colors and the 'My booking' button through the color settings in the email template configuration:

An innovative feature, inspired by client feedback, improves shift settings. Now, when defining shift days, you can exclude specific weekdays. For instance, if your lunch shift runs Monday to Friday, excluding Wednesdays for a day off, you can now include a particular Wednesday should it fall on a special occasion, using the new 'Include dates' field.

Wishing you a fantastic week ahead!
